We know that purchases don’t always work out, and we are happy to offer a return or store credit on items that you didn’t love. Please read our return policy to ensure you qualify for a full refund/store credit!

RETURN POLICY:

All items being returned must be in brand new condition, with tags attached. Please take care when trying on your items at home.

All sale items and items purchased with a discount code (excluding the use of “% discounts off your first purchase” offers) are a final sale and will not be eligible for a return.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

We cannot offer exchanges at this time. Simply return your item and make a new purchase.

RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item please download our RETURN FORM and send it along with your item back to the address specified on the form.

**Original shipping charges are non-refundable including any duties and/or taxes incurred on orders shipped to the USA. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you use a tracking number when returning your item(s).**

Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed & credited back to the original method of payment.
